The Agent may appoint Ismail Inanc as cooperating representative by separate power of attorney. Contractual counterparty of the Player remains the Agent only.

§2. Purpose of the Agreement

The Player grants the Agent the exclusive worldwide right to represent, advise and manage him in all matters relating to his football career and related commercial activities, including in particular:

• employment, transfer and loan contracts with clubs,
• bonuses, signing fees and extensions,
• image rights, sponsorship and marketing agreements,
• career planning, public relations and general management.

§3. Term

This Agreement enters into force upon signature and is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years. The initial term ends at 23:59 (CET) on the date falling two years after signing.

§4. Exclusivity

The Player shall not appoint any other person or agency for the same services during the term, and shall not negotiate or sign contracts without informing the Agent and giving him the opportunity to participate.

§5. Obligations of the Agent

The Agent acts in the best professional interest of the Player, uses best efforts to obtain suitable sporting and financial opportunities and complies with applicable FIFA, TFF and association regulations.

§6. Obligations of the Player

The Player provides full and truthful information about his contractual situation, forwards any offers or contacts immediately to the Agent and does not sign documents without prior consultation where reasonably possible.

§7. Commission – Sporting Contracts

The Agent is entitled to ten percent (10%) of the Player’s gross football income (salary, bonuses, signing fees, extension bonuses) from all employment, transfer and loan contracts negotiated or substantially arranged by the Agent, payable for the full duration of each contract.

§8. Commission – Sponsorship & Marketing

For individual sponsorship, image rights, endorsement and marketing agreements arranged by the Agent, the Agent is entitled to thirty percent (30%) of the net amounts received by the Player.

§9. Post-Contract Protection Period

For twelve (12) months after expiry or termination, the Agent remains entitled to the commissions in §§7–8 if the Player signs contracts with clubs or sponsors introduced or negotiated by the Agent during the term.

§10. Breach of Exclusivity and Liquidated Damages

Serious breach of exclusivity (e.g. signing with another intermediary behind the Agent’s back) entitles the Agent to:

• all outstanding commissions; and
• a contractual penalty of EUR 90,000 (ninety thousand euros) or three (3) times the Player’s last annual gross salary, whichever is higher.

The Agent may claim higher proven damages. A competent tribunal may reduce the penalty if mandatory law so requires.

§11. Governing Law and CAS Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by German law. Any dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, under the CAS Code. The arbitration language is English; substantive law is German law.

§12. Miscellaneous

Confidentiality, data protection, written form and severability apply as described in the full contract text. This Agreement is drawn up in English, German and Turkish; in case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
